The Rules and Regulations Governing the Conditions of Service of Senior staff of Nigeria Maritime University, Okerenkoko is intended for the effective management of the University. They have been compiled based on a thorough review of conditions of service of senior staff in reputable Nigerian Universities.
Painstaking and thorough efforts have been made to ensure that they are consistent with best practices in university administration especially in the Nigerian environment.
